Additional proof is always welcome.
It takes time man, the last suggestion took over 5 days
Bots starting to sell at 28.66 already. This is likely too high
I don't think stntrading is a good source of proof, their key prices fluctuate a lot. At the moment, they're buying at 28.88 and selling at 29.88, but it is likely to change.
His entire suggestion is not based off of that. I feel it's good to see what other high profile trading sites are buying/selling at.
I know it isn't his basis of the suggestion, I was just pointing out that it isn't very reliable for such an unstable market like the current state of the keys'.
STN doesn't try to pick a price that reflects the actual market value. It just seeks stability for itself. They don't have infinite inv space, so they push metal out the door. They generate most of their profit in metal and their normal trades have a net gain in metal, therefore they are forced to pick high sell prices. As I, when I still was an STN employee, have said many times: "It become easier to refbalance if your sell price is unreasonable, because then you only have one parameter left, the buy price. Just make that one lower than everyone when you are low on ref and increase when you have to much." I, as an ex fulltime refbalancer, have used strategies like this in the past. This results in unrepresentive pricing. Unless the BP-SP gap is 3 scrap or lower, don't take that source as valid. The wider the gap, the less representive the price is. This can be applied to other sources as well. Disclaimer: I am no longer an STN employee.
I have a feeling this suggestion will quickly become invalid as quick-sellers will flood the market.
Seems like it almost be time for another suggestion, people panic selling really doesn't help the suggestors at all.....
range seems fair enough and classies support it. Upvoted.
NO, stop posting this ****
Oh heck yea! let dem drop cuz. Got mad metal ready to make some serious profit here. And if you dislike my comment it's because you should know by now how this works. Every Summer sale keys go up up up up and after that wham sink like the Titanic. Write this down on your smartphone and hopefully you're smart enough to check later on.
I personally think it should be a little lower, but still as step in the right direction! I personally believe keys will settle around ~26 ref. Leave a comment on what you think
Leave keys alone!!!!!!!!
Ehhhhh it's resuggestion time.
bp.tf has bot selling and buying at 28.77 ref, only one person selling at 28.66 and two buying at 28.88.
This price is, for me, too high.
Maybe you should do a resuggestion modifying the price to 28.77-28.88
Not sure about the range you're suggesting (I think it may have shifted again because 28.77 looks too low), but I'd definitely agree that it's looking like resuggestion time.
maybe it is time for earbud raising .. just saying
it would be nice but I don't think that will happend ;c
