I think this is too lopsided actually. I dont see why 21 and 20 were excluded here. If you use sellers to exlude something, you should show the sellers, how long they were selling etc. so that we can evaluate them when we handle these. In this case I think barring multiple sellers or a very long unsold, I wouldnt exclude 2 higher sales based on one seller, especially not if the excluded sales are closer together than the only used sale.
