After years of laying dormant the other Aces High Old Man Frost has finally been sold not once, but twice within 2 weeks! That means both of these retired 2 Unusuals now belong to collector backpacks, so let's update the 2 years old price suggestion shall we?
Sale #1: Sold for $119.99 on the Steam Community Market after owner put it up for sale on October 6:

The only recent sale on the Market happened on October 6 and the Old Man Frost in the snapshot was non-tradable confirming that it's the same item.
$119.99 divided by $2.30 (approx. price of Keys on the SCM) comes around to a tiny bit over 52 keys.
Sale #2: Sold for 45 keys pure to a collector:

Seems like a pretty clear case to me, however I'm not entirely sure how SCM sales should be taken into account especially with the different Key prices. If there are any issues or mistakes then please let me know!
Using the SCM for pricing suggestions is perfectly okay as far as I'm aware. Heck, it can be used as the sole evidence for a price suggestion, like it was with the Demonflame Rack: https://backpack.tf/suggestion/5bfad14544325a0752177052
The only complaint/suggestion that I might have is that you're pricing it with the current price of keys, whereas when it sold on October 6th keys fluctuated from $2.33 to $2.40. That throws the price in keys off by a few, but I'm not entirely sure of bp.tf's staff's stance on that issue. Regardless, that only throws off the pricing by at max three keys, so it probably doesn't even matter TBH.
Keys were $2.38 each, so Sale 1 should be ~50 Keys, but close enough.
