hate seeing bot.tf stats being used as sole proof especially when they don't make up the majority of sales. hard to say how long the listings at 20.77 have been up on classifieds, but they all show very young. Neither bot.tf nor mp.tf show how many were painted, spelled etc so idk
uaing Marketplace and SCM for common items isn't a good idea. People usually are willing to pay more just for the comfort of not having to buy the keys and then buying the Max's of a bot.

Final judgement
I'll be ruling out the sale at 20.5 as buy orders eclipse it.
20.8 seems to be quite a common selling point, shows on the classifieds as such.
However, as seen by the sales, the sales push up into 21, 2 at 21.3, and 1 at 21.8
The classified seller of 20.6 is also below boughts on bot.tf, and 4 days unbumped.
Taking 20.8-21.8 as my range
If anything is wrong, please do let me know!

16 were sold for a median price of $41 on the 13th alone. $41/1.82= 22.5
as well as the scm sales supporting a higher value - https://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Max%27s%20Severed%20Head
