1. No, not only bot.tf I think you can also give a screenshot of someone sold or bought that item at the price you are suggesting. And it has to be acceptable for example you sold a 1 keys thing for 1 ref lol or you bought a 1 ref thing for 1 key. (My english is turrible :p)
2. Must round to nearest 0.05 for example 2.95-3, 1.15-2.25 etc.

And is the round off thing really necessary with suggestions passing without the minute rounding off?
