ScrapTF: Updated recently to buying at 41.77, selling for 41.88 ref at the time of submission. Supply here remains zero, as the price is still increasing.
Scrap.tf used again to show a price where keys are too low to be sold reliably
STN-Trading: Since last suggestion a few days ago, STN has evened out their prices to buying at 42, selling at 42.44, and since last suggestion, the amount of keys in the bot has gone down 50%, showing a much more common buying point. Keys still remain in the bot likely due to too high of a price.
Marketplace.tf: Prices for keys have steadily fallen in last few weeks, little update since last suggestion but still noticeable. Sales now at 1.71, and downward trend continues
Buyers below 42 ref aren't successful with a multitude of buyers at or above 42
Sellers below 42 ref are eventually successful but often take a while due to being mostly users, some without trade links in backpack
Sellers at 42.11 ref are successful
Buyers at 42 ref are successful
Sellers above 42.11 ref are either unupdated bots or users attempting (and most often failing) to get more ref for low amounts of keys
Buyers above 42.11 ref are successful, but
1. Lack a multitude of buyers, only four at the time of making this suggestion, and
2. Only hold enough metal to buy a max of ten keys each.
Going with 42 - 42.11 ref.
people starting to sell at 40 ref in classified listings
Like I put in the suggestion, this seller doesn’t have his trade link posted. This seller is likely to remain with his key unsold until someone decides to add him, which is a hassle when there are keys for just two ref more. Buyers at 42 also support the range.
you know those trades never get accepted lol
Keys seem to be relatively stable around 42 - 42.11. Lots of sellers at 42.11 and lots of buyers at 42 apart from a few humans.
Upvote.
As long as mp sales don't go below 1.64$, we don't have to drop ref (although i do think we should price ref with 3 digits).
well, so much for stable. Already buyers are up to 42.22. Bunch of sellers at 42.33. Not many seem to have a lot of keys though and listings at 42.44 start to appear.
Am I prepared
New price: 42 - 42.11 ref

Few listings above 42, let's check them out
Listing #1 at 42.22 ref: https://imgur.com/a/2YamoYM - has 144 keys but lacks enough ref for 2 more
Listing #2 at 42.22 ref: https://imgur.com/a/IoOvJL5 - has 1 key, lacks enough ref for 2 more
Listing #3 at 42.22 ref: https://imgur.com/a/i2AiSQG - has 43 keys, lacks enough ref for 10 more
Listing #4 at 42.11 ref: https://imgur.com/a/LgkYFZm - has 11 keys, lacks enough ref for 9 more
Listing #5 at 42.11 ref: https://imgur.com/a/Lzf9z3h - has 1100 keys, lacks enough ref for 4 more
Only one bot at this range, and only has ref for nine keys.
Listings above 42 ref are likely to buy keys, but unlikely to remain there for long.
42 ref listings:
https://imgur.com/a/iWtOSaD
Most bots here have no keys, but ref to back the orders up
~15 listings with multiple keys in seven bots show that 42 is a common buy point
Listings below 42 ref
https://imgur.com/a/kunQxl5
Mostly user trades, as shown by screenshot.
Most users have enough ref for few keys, bots trading this low lack any keys.
Excluding anything below 42 ref here as keys cannot sell below this.
42< not selling very well suggests other listings are low.

Bottom seller has 500 keys, all others have small amounts ranging from 1 to 15.

A few more listings at 42.11 ref, each with small amounts of keys
With multitude of bots (over 15) selling at 42.11, bots selling above this are unlikely to get refined.
Few listings above 42.11, and not many are selling.
Sellers above 42.11:

Most can't sell and have very little pure, mostly users attempting to get rid of their keys for more than backpack average sales.
Bots selling at this lack sales.
Any listings below 42 don't last long.
https://imgur.com/a/T1NKJ6X
Only four <42 ref sellers remain, three of them without trade links.
Taking 42.11 as a solid trade point here.
