44.44/2.07 = 21.46, rounding to 21 keys
Sale at 20 keys pure, credits to Apo : https://vgy.me/ykEVWO.png
I hope it will work this time, it's the third one already...
lol there's one of these in the scrap.tf megaraffle right now
Sale #5 :
Sold for $48.88 at marketplace.tf (June 24, 2017)
https://i.imgjar.co/jar/a416FAOomkqs0-bXDaAu_g.png
Keys were worth $2.04 at the time of this trade
48.88/2.04=23.96 ~ 24 keys
So that's 1 sale at 20, 2 sales at 21, 1 sale at 24 and 1 sale at 29 for the moment.
Shouldn't the Collector's Loose Cannon + Aussie Grenade Launcher be counted at 90% value as item overpay? That would reduce it to 26 keys.
29 keys seems a bit of an outlier compared to 20 and 21 keys, 26 keys narrows the range a little bit.
The 10% overpay rule has been removed on January 3, 2016
Here's a similar case :

The range suggested is "20-30 keys", and 20 was in pure, 30 was in unusual overpay
29 does seem a bit on the high side, but Im not against including all data points here
