With this many aged sellers @ 2.33, i feel the change is justified. SCM also supports a drop.

Scm supports a bigger drop tho. Pretty sure the 5% rule is to encourage bigger drops.
The 5% rule is just to prevent unneccesary changes. Plus SCM is better support than main evidence. Thanks for pointing that out.
Also, recent sales are pretty stable around 20 cents, which isnt even that much of a difference refined wise.

change isn't that significant (1 scrap) and less than 5%. don't think this is needed
yah someone pointed out that its not even a rec change which im kinda debating but its a coin flip with these mods. i dont mind if it gets closed tho
