Considering the amount of sellers at 11 Keys and how long they've been unsold, I find it reasonable to reduce the price to 11 Keys, and on top of that the only ones listed for 11.5 keys or higher are Killstreak and 13 keys or higher are Spec/Pro KS ones.

Buyer @8 counters the current low-end, upvote.
Not saying your wrong, but why would a buyer at 8, counter 8?
If someone is willing to buy @8 (multiple or just one) it shows that 8 is low, especially if he didn't manage to buy one in a fair amount of time. (Why the dislikes, it was just a normal question?)
