Sell Orders:
x1 at 1.3 keys (young, same case as the Outpost seller above)Soldx8 at 1.4 keys (oldest is 11 days, youngest is 11 hours)
x3 at 1.5 keys (youngest is <30 minutes, oldest is over 2 weeks)
Conclusion:
Going with 1.3-1.4 keys. 1.3 keys should be included, but because every piece of evidence for it is young, I'm gonna go with a range."1,4 keys flat pls."

Additional/Supportive and Counter Evidence is always appreciated.
Discovery out ヽ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽ノ
I literally just sold my Strange Sapper at 1 Key and 9 Refined (I was the link that was unsold for 1 month)
EDIT: It wasn't always 1.5 Keys for the whole month it was up, I changed it a few times, it was originally 2 Keys, up until about 3 - 4 days ago.
EDIT 2: I would suggest a range for 1.3 - 1.5 Keys, instead of 1.4 flat
