Sale 1 is already being used to price the aviator, so it is invalid here
http://backpack.tf/vote/id/563eadc3ba8d881073a94ab5 - So sale #1 comes from here, and as Bob says, it can't be used.
Starting from Zenith's mini of the Bonnet, you're using a 44 key seller of the Eerie Orbiting Fire Scotch Bonnet as a mini for the Disco Beat Down Aviator Assassin that you need a price for in order to update the Eerie Orbiting Fire Scotch Bonnet. That doesn't work both because that sale was used to price the Aviator Assassin, and because all of the math you're doing ultimately just hinges on a seller's B/O for the exact hat you're trying to price in the first place. Using the unsold alone and skipping the sale would be more direct, but still wrong.
Since the hat you're using in sale #2 was recently updated, you should re-suggest with its new price there and scrap sale #1 entirely.
As indicated, the slick cut was updated to 30 here, so this will probably be quite a bit high.
