As a future reference, a seller for higher is not necessary when lowering the price, if at all.
The only time sellers are needed is if the seller is less than either the current price or a sale you found, as the 22 Seller is being used here.

Those B/Os are too young to be used to set a low end, give them some time to mature and see if they can sell.
