My songs know what you did in the dark. So light 'em up, up, up. Light 'em up, up, up. Light 'em up, up, up. I'm on fire. So light 'em up, up, up. Light 'em up, up, up. Light 'em up, up, up. I'm on fire. Oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa. In the dark, dark. Oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa, oh, oh, whoa. In the dark, dark.
Counter Suggestion.

11 Ref seemed like an outlier to me. 7 Ref happens, but they usually go in a day or less. 11 Ref has never happened outside the one sale.
Just a note for context: the 9 ref "sales" come from your quickbuy trade. There are none listed for 9 anywhere in the market.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24348626
By definition, my trade is not a quickbuy trade as I am not currently (nor ever in the foreseeable future) looking to sell any of the Burny's. There were 2 listed on the market via the backpack.tf classifieds for 9 ref, one for 26 days, and the other for 5 days before I acquired them. The 10 ref seller has been selling his since around the beginning of the month and just relisting it on new trades.
And mine was up for a couple of weeks and sold fine with only a couple of bumps per day, and there are none currently on the market for less than 1 key.
All this information taken together explains why both 9 and 11 deserve to be part of the range.
There is clearly one on the market for 10 ref. This was included in both your proof and mine, so to say there are none below a key is ultimately incorrect. This unsold at 10 and the fact that one was unsold at 9 for almost a month proves that 11 ref is an outlier.
It's not a valid seller/unsold as it's unbumped so long.
Classified unsolds are also not valid, as I explained on my suggestion, as you have no idea how frequently they are bumped, if the seller has been offline for long periods, etc. All you know is when it was made and when it was last bumped.

i should collect these because my nickname is Burny
Price manipulation,owns 39
EDIT:He is quickbuying for 9 ref,so he can prevent them raising,so he can obvs buy more and then raise them.(All credit for this sentence goes to Teeny)
Downvote.
I think this is price manipulation tbqh. He is collecting them, quickbuying at 9, and wants to prevent them rising more so he can keep buying. There are none on the market at this price.
He probably just came here to brag how much he has,and to get price manipulation comments.
I am so stupid sometimes ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡ °)
To understand what a quickbuyer is, read here: http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/969-psa-how-to-help-identify-quicksell-buyer-trades/
Sub a different word if that one bothers you, doesn't alter my point.
If backpack.tf is supposed to reflect common trading points, surely 9 is the most common trading point.
Based on one person's buying trade? With no sellers at that price?

I'm sure you were singing a different tune three months ago. But oh well, see what the mods say I guess :P
Keeping it in a range is one thing... I am doing that already. Calling it the only trading point when you can't even go buy one at that price now?
Plus 3 months ago I was completely new to suggesting and basically just agreed with any correction anyone made because I assumed they knew better, lol. I'm too tired to argue anymore so I guess if you think 11 is an outlier, so be it.
At least it's highly more accurate than the current price, Calm down.
I'm perfectly calm?
9 ref is a quickbuyer trade + owns 39 and low proof for the price, i suspect price manipulation
I've heard of the song but forgot the name of it. >.<
Mind telling me the name?

9 ref isn't a common selling point. And you buying them doesn't make 9 ref valid.
Downvote, obvious manipulation.
At the point in time that this was suggested, 9 ref actually was the most common selling point as there were 2 listed for 9 ref, 1 listed for 10, 1 listed for 11, and 1 listed for a key. 9 ref is the most commonly traded point as I am basically the entire market for this item as everyone just goes and buys the haunted version as it is easier to find and sell. As for manipulation, this was originally a counter suggestion, but the other suggestion has since closed. It proposed 9 ref to 11 ref. So please do tell me how this is manipulation. If I wanted my backpack to increase by a whole unjustified $9, I could just make some Series #3 Strangifiers or buy something off the SCM. So, please do tell me more when you don't seem to have done any research regarding this item.
Back from vacation.

None of the key ones have sold, nor has there been a sale over or under 9 ref since this went up.
