Well it's been about a month, time to price it.

keys were selling for 2.48 at the time
Sold for $189.58, 189.58/2.48=~76 keys
Buyer paid $218, 218/2.48=~88keys
There have been no sales since then, still in the buyer's bp: https://backpack.tf/item/3395281997
If the sale is from SCM, you need to apply GabeN tax.
Edit: You did. Nevermind.
Edit 2: And what is the difference between what the buyer paid and what it sold for? Unless they are 2 different people.
Price it sold for was the amount I recieved
Honest question: Are sales from the SCM considered valid?
Under the rules it says, "...please do not use SCM prices as evidence" but I could've sworn I've seen accepted price suggestions use Market sales as proof.
It is, but you need GabeN tax and some other evidence.
I've seen SCM sales used in the past. Problem is this is a 1 of 1 hat and the only sale was on the SCM. As far as I'm aware SCM sales are fine as long as you include a range for each sale due to the tax which I've included
