http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26128556 - 1.66 ref
He was selling for 1.66-2 ref, unless you can provide us with one of their backpacks before and after the trade, you won't be able to base a flat price on a trade with a range. I also believe that michel's toque, backpack.tf is not showing him ever having that hat.
He just hates providing evidence for some reason. He's normally correct.
Not this time though. for one, backpack.tf isn't showing the seller ever having that hat, and two, even if he had the hat, he was selling it for a range, so a flat price can't be based off of it unless we know exactly what he sold it for. which we can't because backpack.tf doesn't show him ever having the hat
This is the bp.tf history, skips the seller

He's inbetween Ichigo and Resu on the tf2outpost history tho, dunno how that works.

Either way... yeah, dunno what he sold it for unless he or buyer confirms. I guess you could make the argument that if the low-end he would accept is higher than current price then it's valid for raising.
Well then it should be a range, to accommodate for both ends of the price he was selling for, the price can only be flat until we can confirm exactly what he sold it for. I'll make a suggestion for this. if we can confirm what he exactly sold it for I'll close it
confirmed that it was 1.66 http://puu.sh/ih2V7/1150bb5e06.png
