Turns out refereshing trade.tf's new listings at midnight is actually a good idea. Also, the price is 2 years old
Both trades on outpost are painted ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26049610 and http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25982137 ), only selling classified is painted ( http://i.imgur.com/wOMMTYS.jpg ), only trade on bazaar is also painted ( http://bazaar.tf/trade/1285281 ).
I haven't been able to find the exact text of the rule for using classifieds as proof, but there is literally nothing non-painted on the market.

Thank you!
I'm not entirely sure if I should leave this suggestion up since there obviously aren't three buyers, but seeing as this is literally the entire market, it's probably fine.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26141014 - here's the outpost trade
Need to wait for them to mature, though. A single unbumped trade is not enough to define the value on an item.
whoops
this is what i get for making a suggestion at midnight, ignoring the outpost trade and it being young
he bought one after three days, but it was painted. i have no idea what to do, so just closing it
