Small market for this, so this will be tricky...
If you have any constructive criticism, support, or counter-proof, let me know below!
Only one post on classifieds for 7 ref.
Only 3 trades on outpost...
Only this one is valid:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9805579
----- bp on 12/27: http://gyazo.com/36d2df4903c2ed37a0a26ae31edff7b1
----- bp on 12/28: http://gyazo.com/5dff15510a172d8deeedee7bcd24bd22
The following 2 are invalid:
----- One person is cashing out his backpack.
----- This trade ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24392689 ) lists the part for 3.33 ref. However, somebody offered 11.66 ref for all 4 parts in the trade. Backpack.tf prices are inaccurate for pretty much all those parts, so it's hard to find the price paid for this part. Even assuming bp.tf prices, 11.66-(1.66+2+2.33) = 5.66 ref.
How is one's bp worth 3 ref when having 73 ref and 9 keys? XD
when you type the name of the items, the backpack only shows that specific item and its value, in this case...3 refined
Ohhhh.. I feel stupid..
Why all strange parts are gettin expensive xD?
Upvote :)
I've got at least five more parts I'm keeping track of, so get ready for a strange part price explosion XD
(if you want to do Demomen Killed as well, it's basically the same as Soldiers Killed and other cheaper strange parts that are priced in ref, the price is out of date. It has actually been out of date for months and really accelerated as ref fell faster recently, here's some proof, note the dates: http://imgur.com/aF3X6t1 http://imgur.com/jWeyhdf http://imgur.com/YCMGO79 http://imgur.com/wVZ0xcg http://imgur.com/AC8cvrh )
Probably because Im buying almost literally all of them.

These are my sales, via dispenser.tf
You can see how the price increased incredibly fast in the last month. It's totally because of the USD price of Refined Metal going down. This part's value in USD is just increasing slowly.

http://i.imgur.com/kunWzEE.png Dec 18 = 5 Ref
http://i.imgur.com/dC478ag.png Dec 27 = 6 Ref
http://i.imgur.com/sEtYpa5.png Dec 30 = 7 Ref

I have some more of these parts, but I stopped selling them for ref. Because the USD price of ref is going down too fast. It's a hassle to sell ref and I lose money.
Thanks for posting this suggestion. I know it's a lot of work to get evidence
