Can you please explain how a range is best for this?
the first sold for 8 ref without a bump and claims that 8 ref is a key, but it wasn't then and isn't now.
if bumping was poor then it shoud just be considered an outlier... besides there's 2 sales at 1 key
I don't know, I think he's just trying to get a free suggestion because someone on the previous suggestion said .8 - 1 should be the new range, but who am I to judge.

I agree. Plus 0.8 key is more around 7.77 ref. The range on this hat is horrendous. Better than it was before, but still to large.
1 flat may be better, actually.
