~Sellers~
Selling for 1.33 ref :
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22861724 - 2 hours
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22729277 - 1 week
Selling for 1.66 ref :
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22750554 - 6 days & probably gave up selling after 1 day
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22659201 - 1 week & poorly bumped
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22807053 - 2 days
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22792793 - 3 days
I don't really know if this is enough , but all of the Sellers at 1.66 ref are older than 1 day.
Even 1.33 ref is hard to sell? after 1 week still unsold , still in inv
Proof : http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198125006710
that wouldn't be enough for even 1.33-1.66.
as you said, the first link is only 2 hours old. and as you can see,the 2nd link is last bumped a day ago. implying it was rarely bumped in a week. + a guy was interested in it apparently (bought another one? check his inv)
Only 2 pages on TF2OP which 75% is painted off
and ? i have just shown a 1.66 sold
+ i found the outpost trade for it now

Some of your Cheet Sheets at 1.66 refined have sold. Closing this.
COUNTER-ATTACK.
Selling for 1.66 (unpainted and bumped at regular intervals, with the exception of the last two)
http://bazaar.tf/trade/956926 - 1.66
http://bazaar.tf/trade/1038997 - 1.66
http://bazaar.tf/trade/763976 - 1.66
http://bazaar.tf/trade/996448 - 1.66 (hasn't been bumped in one week)
http://bazaar.tf/trade/959010 - 1.66 (hasn't been bumped in one week)
Bots
http://bazaar.tf/trade/1039725 - 1.66
http://bazaar.tf/trade/1041212 - 1.55
Now before you say anything about when the trade was created, bazaar trades work differently than outpost; what matters is when they're bumped and their asking price, and if that doesn't convince you, you don't have any solds at 1.33.
Last bit of proof, I recently sold my G. Cheet Sheet and three (dirty) weapons for 10 weapons and a Joe-on-the-Go.
(For this bit, we will only be using 7 weapons, since the three dirty weapons were being exchanged for regular weapons)
7 regular weapons = .35 metal
Joe-on-the-Go = 1.33 (going rate atm)
Add 'em up and you get 1.68 metal, which rounds to the regular 1.66.

Downvote until you find AT LEAST two solds.
