Only recent sale, sold for a scrap in less than a day.
Counter proof:
Buying at current backpack.tf price:

Quickbuyers are not valid proof.
Where does it say that they're quick-buyers? The current backpack.tf price is 1 weapon (0.05), and that's what they're buying it at.
From http://backpack.tf/help/suggestions
"Quickbuyers do not look for a specific item in particular."
They're looking for specific items in those trades.
They don't need to state that they're quickbuyers to be quickbuyers. Also, all buyers are not valid proof to set a price. If anything, an item's true price is likely above what most are quickbuying it for.
I should've worded it better than saying that they're saying that they're quick-buyers.
But. From http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/792-how-to-make-a-good-suggestion-bullet-points-version/
"Provide proof from both sellers and buyers. Neither defines the market by themselves."
The links that I posted are in no way, shape or form quick-buys. They're asking for specific items, and the prices that they want to pay match the current backpack.tf price. There's one seller at 1 scrap, and 2 buyers at less than a scrap. Both sides of the market are represented in this suggestion.
That's not a seller, it's a sold. With a sold at a scrap and two unsuccessful quickbuyers at half a scrap, a scrap flat is the best way to go.
Also, really classy with the petty downvoting.
The thing is though... how do we know for sure that it was sold for a scrap? It could have been negotiated in chat or in trade. There's no comments/offers on that trade page... the only "proof" that it was sold for a scrap is the fact that the box was marked as item no longer available, which can be done by the seller easily on Outpost.
Edit - All my comments *were* down voted too. How do you know if it was/was not me who down voted them? Funny how all of my down votes disappeared when you put that reply in.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21937770 - sold for a scrap as well
Need a lot more proof than that. If there hasn't been many sold lately, then that might just mean that not many people are buying them.
Or maybe, it just means that there's very few of them on the market. Historically uncraft suggestions don't have a lot of proof, since there's not very many on the market at one time.
if an item doesn't have a large market due to rarity then the amount of proof needed is minimal
+ http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/21737054 bought for a scrap (I sold it to him, that was ~a week ago, though it's the most recent thing I could find)
more proof ?
