Only one unsuccessful seller in Outpost for 1 Key + 0.33 Ref.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19044797 - 1 month
Another on bazaar, only selling as part of a set.
Eh, I'd say you might need sellers a 1 key. But then, 0.33 does round down to a key...
Staying neutral.
Solds:

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19637695 - 1 Key
0.33 does round to a key, but has already a month old, a reclaimed doesn't really make the difference if someone wants it, in this case it's basically for collectors. The uncraftable version is already a key flat.
That key is the only one available for now around here.
Thanks for the solds, looks solid. Upvote ;)
However, thanks for the feedback!
Hmm. Not sure if there is enough here.

Well that changes everything... Can't believe I missed that link, should this be closed already?
idk. Personally, I think this is 1 key. In most trades that I have seen, these are just considered the equivalent of a regular key. But they do sell for more on market, so maybe there is a difference.
Those appear to have been listed on the market.
While I do agree that the SCM is a strange case here, ultimately we list prices in items. There are lots of things that are easier to sell on the market (vintage hats and cards in particular) and others that are harder (stranges). We should take SCM prices into account, but I don't think there's enough item evidence to corroborate it in this case.
