Why? Is difficult see someone selling it for normal or low prices.

He has NO Solds, he only has sellers, there is no real proof here except for the unsolds. When making a suggestion one of the most important components is solds.
Unsolds are better than solds when dropping a price because instead of showing that it can sell for lower, he shows that it can't sell for lower.
Read what Offline said. And solds aren't really helpful for low a price, solds are very useful for up a price.
