HALLOWEEN IS COMING, ON DA RIIIIIIISE!
But seriously, there are buyers and sellers and sales at 2 ref, and none at 1.66.
Very few trades, many are just level swaps or unsuccessful quickbuys, but let's salvage some trades.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/112994580 No 1.66 sellers in the search.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10581348 Bought at 2 ref
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10651258 Buying for 2 ref
So there we have it, a tiny market at 2 ref, but a market nonetheless. If someone finds recent confirmed sales of 1.66, tell me.
5 months away, though seems that this haloween stuff is going up ex: idiot box haunted
also for any doubters there's very small proof for this item....

Thanks!
Also, I don't know if this counts, but this just happened: http://i.imgur.com/wyYYKu7.png
A guy added me after seeing the suggestion, presumably thinking I was selling it for 2 ref. Not sure if it counts as proof or not, but yeah.
When it comes to haunted hats, buy buy buy.
Mighty hard to find unless part of a set.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/11127273 willing to sell for 1.66ref
Interesting. Took it. :3
That trade would never have happened if you didn't stumble upon this suggestion. If a person buys something that they learned of from a suggestion, can it really be regarded as proof either way? I remember my suggestion lowering the hottie's hoodie to 1.66 ref, and in my proof I showed a 1.44 and 1.33 seller. Those were snapped up by backpack.tf users because they were exposed, but I didn't use them as justification to lower the price to 1.33.
The other guy would've bought anyway.
Why is everyone saying "Halloween is coming!" when it's 5 months away...?
Well technically it is coming. I think, no, I KNOW the rush for Halloween items was just the full moon. We'll probably see an uptick around August and then the prices will explode again in mid-September.
Well, I was just joking. It DOES seem like overall halloween prices are rising though.
