Finally after one week someone wanted to buy my hat. The original offer he made was 3 buds + sweets that cost around 3.2. But I wasn’t satisfied and I persuaded him to give me more up to 3.5 buds. We were on it for hours until he finally was happy and traded with me. It proves that you need A LOT of persuasion to sell this hat.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6789460 - My trade has been up for 5 days but no decent offer.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6739456 - This trade I was offered 3.4 buds but he retracted.
I don't see a reason why the price should change, your trade was within the current price range, and a week for an unusual isn't really that long. Also you said you sold it for 3.5, which is above your suggested range.
Oops sorry typo, it's 3.4*
So im confused yesterday you wanted to raise the price and today you want to lower it?
Ye, after realising how much trouble I had to go through to sell it. In fact my bp's price went down because it was really hard to sell.
This user does that. Compare http://backpack.tf/vote/id/50767c8649d7b85333000000 (when trying to sell them) with http://backpack.tf/vote/id/50b97e0aba2536503600000e#50b97f3aba25366636000009_row (the very last comment).
1 week and having trouble? unusuals usually take atleast 1-2 months before calling it hard to sell
Haha, tell me about it. Took me 5 months to sell my stormy capos
Ye, but I was on everyday of the week trying to find a buyer. I spent like 12 hours everyday trying to find one
i spend all from 8-16hours per day online. yet it can take me over a half year to sell my unusuals. one took 7 months to get sold.
If it's hard to sell I usually use it as sweets, so they don't want it for its looks, so the hard to sell part doesnt come into play
