User Report: 76561198978286019 (Whattie 24/7 Bot)

I was trading with another person when a trade got cancelled, and this bot cancelled our trade and ended up hacking the software to switch the account receiving the trade to this account. Evidence that proves it is only my items is that one of them was gifted to me by a friend named Insert Skill Here, and the rest was from profits and stuff I was selling thanks to an unboxing I recorded here: https://youtu.be/ONJF3SKZ4RQ.

Here’s screenshots of some of the items that were taken away from me, when it was originally for another user, but my account was phished and ended up being changed to get the items placed into this account here.

This account still has only my items from Team Fortress 2. I had no control over even cancelling or seeing this happen till it was too late. Hacker, and I wish to receive some sort of compensation if not my items back

Hello, with the given description you have given, your account is most likely compromised. Please do the following to regain control of your account:

    1. Change password immediately and change it anywhere else you have the same password set. The scammer will try to log into your email with it when he loses access.

    2. De-authorize all other devices here: https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

    3. Revoke any API keys set. Their only use, if you don't know what it is, is keeping control of your account. https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

Once you have done so, please reply here so that we can continue with the report.

Sorry for the delay reply, now please provide Uncropped and Unedited screenshots of your ENTIRE chat with the user from this page -- https://help.steampowered.com/en/accountdata/GetFriendMessagesLog -- Please find them on a web browser and hover your mouse over the name of the user you are interacting with so we can see the URL at the bottom left corner of the screen. Then upload them to an image hosting service (imgur for example) and post the links to your evidence of screenshot here.

Example- should look like this - https://imgur.com/MjGyin8

Yeah, sadly I can NOT do that. This account never did provide any sort of response, and I never had any way to contact through chat, because the bot never did friend me. However, the user that has been confirmed to be linked to the scamming aand uses bots like thos one I do have conversations and proof of such trades and items going to him

If THAT is what you want, since it took forever for you all to respond, then use my video here, I also provided a separate document of the situation in it's description to more clearly organize everything that was going on, with clearer pictures too...

If the scam took place within the last two weeks you should still have the chat logs there. The chat logs are saved per user so you might have to scroll a bit in order to find it. Also, it does not matter whether you have the user blocked or not. As long as you had contact with the accused, the chatlogs are saved in the link I posted. Please go look over the steam chatlog history again. Try to find a phrase or word that has been used during your conversation with the user by pressing CTRL + F in browser. Let us know here if you can find it or not, thank you.

I'll see what I can do, but I'll only be able to send you the chat of the accused that was using this bot and had connections to it, a different profile. Certain items including my own and a few others that got scammed were sent to this person and he's selling them if you check the specific details of the item histories of us, the bot, and the other guy. Also, how would I be able to specify a specific person who I chatted with? It keeps redirecting to other friends I have, since the person unfriended me a while ago. To make things easier, just use the link I sent you... If not, then I'll have to post what I did have on Steam and actual screenshots of the chat and messages in real time, and not from that link. If it can't be done this way, then please tell me what else I need to do
