Sold for a key
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23178163
buyer @ 1 key

1) Buyer has been unsuccessful in getting it for a key for a week. That's really bad evidence for dropping the price to a key.
2) The "sold for a key" link you provide has no evidence, is 9 months old, says "backpack price", and was last seen in the seller's backpack in November, (based on their backpack sold sometime before January this year): http://backpack.tf/item/320715346
Steam market is way, way more active, and supports a value something over a key with most sales between $2.50 and $3.00. 1.05 is an ugly price, but your suggestion has no real evidence to lower the price that I can see.
