You know the previous range was 3.5-4 keys right?
We are after common trade points for items. Not enough here to show that 3.5-3.7 are the most commonly traded values for a common item like this.
I'd consider my sale an outlier but I'd just like to put my sale out here:

Sold in 2 hours for 2 keys+8.33 ref+~4.33 in hats+Strange Professional Killstreak Scottish Resistance

I'm not really sure how to value scm prices but the Scottish Resistance seems like 2 keys to me. 2+0.6+(0.3+2)x0.9=4.6 key sale (If I'm completely wrong, sorry D:)
While 4 keys doesn't appear to sell, your proof seems a bit weak for your range with only 1 link supporting your low/end range. Perhaps it'd be better waiting until more enters the market or if the 4 key sellers gets sold.
that would put your sale at 3.7 keys since the value of the sale can't go over the b/o
