Basic math guys.. To determine percent change, it's (New Price - Old Price) / (Old Price). (1.05 - 1) / 1 = +0.05 = +5%
Anyways, the main issue here is that he's using rounding to bypass the rule which is totally against the spirit of the rule. The buyers are at 1.04 which is only a 4% increase from the current price of 1. Our suggested prices are estimations and 1 key is a decent estimation here. We're looking for changes that are meaningful and relevant.
The calculation is (1.05/1) x 100 to get the percentage change
