I wouldn't use a sale if it wasn't a common trading point, which is the whole point of a suggestion in a first place. I have had many sales of items sold higher then the most common trading point in which that sale would be considered an outlier. However in this case, there is a buyer at 3.11 and bot buyers at 3. Which all counter the current price. The sale at 3.22 was sold to a user who is most likely going to use the item and considering there is other sellers at 3.22 it seems like it is the most common trading point.
