There are little of this item, and even less non-painted.

Classifieds

http://backpack.tf/classifieds?item=pure+tin+capotain // only valid hat here is one for a hat exchange, and another is lv.100 for 3 ref

    What is this.........

This is pretty much a useless suggestion, every craft hat is 1.33-1.66 to begin with....

Personally I don't think we should take craft hats and use them as one single currency, but that's just my two cents. Seems like with demand the prices change and grouping them altogether tries to price them as a whole without counting what people want. Items like these have low demand, so I think they should be priced individually, rather than grouped up as "craft hats".

what in the almighty fuck is the current price even

also, your last outpost link is for level 99s

I don't see any reason for 1.66 to stay.

The median value of 'a random craft hat'. http://backpack.tf/stats/Unique/Random%20Craft%20Hat/Tradable/Craftable

      I think it's a stupid idea.

Why is that even a value on this site. There's no in-game item called "random craft hat" as it's just assumed among traders the average craft hat is 1.33, and only rose because of one event.

I guess the RCH is based on the existence of a trade icon called random craft hat. I thought we were better off when

Mr. Giang was just rep whoring himself to purple star.

Yeah, there's no "random cancer unusual" item valued at 9-10 keys, not sure why we have the RCH value. Each item should be valued individually.

You probably need more solds, you only have 1 for 1.33, and nothing really supporting the high end.

That's because there are very little solds at this price due to this hat's unpopularity. It's hard to find sales of the item when the demand is so low, so you have to go off of what you can find. This is what I found.

But yet, you have nothing supporting the range of 1.66 ref. Your link with 1.66 has no offers on it and sellers are not valid towards raising a hats price (In this case, the high end).

So what do you suggest? Just make the range as 1.33?

Honestly, with the proof you have now, you got to find more solds. Only 1 sold isnt going to do much.

Bookmark some trades, wait a week or 2, then resuggest.

This is actually priced at 1.33-1.66. As the system stands, currency can't have ranges, which is why it is listed at 1.5. This needs to be fixed at the admin level not through suggestions. Please close this

That's what I was thinking. A majority of these robo hats were priced as 1.5 ref by default, but doing trades using crates as currency is very rare and nonetheless a pain in the ass. If you want me to close it, I will. I just want to make sure that I should close it first before I do.

As indicated, the price on this is supposed to be reflected as 1.33-1.66 but the system is not built to handle ranges on currency. So we'll need to wait for Fiskie to fix it. These should not be fixed via suggestions.
