I just recently bought one of these, i found that no one is even considering offers of 16 or 17 keys.

Also if it helps i did 1:1 for mine with a Smoking buckaroos hat which is according to this site 18-24 keys, i offered this to several people and 1 even denied if i added 1.5 keys

Those last two hyperlinks are identical. Also, none of those have sold. If anything, your evidence shows that twenty keys is too high which supports the current range and disagrees with your suggestion.

I've got one too, not for sale, but I've got one. Anyhow... I was looking at prices on this today (was thinking on doing a price check...) and saw your Buckaroo's offer a few times. This proposal looks like a tough sell maybe from some of the comments, but I agree on the range. Lot of 18 key+ offers not getting taken and your unusual hat didn't get much love either. I think the price needs a boost especially on the low end. Nobody is going to sell this for 16-17 keys.

      Edit to add:

Additional help here. Market link: http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Strange%20Festive%20Flame%20Thrower

Price is going up. I bought mine for $40 on the Market about a week or so ago. They're towards $50 now. At 2.50 a key, that's 20 keys.

None of your links have sold.

Your wrong there, look on the second link he sold a set for 26 keys

Yes, i am selling it, i wanted to point out that is worth more than listed here, hence why i showed other trades and what i bought mine for

Good start, but could use more proof of failed buyers at the low end and completed sales at the high end. Neutral for now.

No. No proof of successful sales. Looks to me like no one is buying @18-20 and no one is selling @16-17

The first two links don't really show the that the price should be changed.

But the third like has one offer of 20 keys, which didn't happen.

yes my link's are just to show that though people are asking this price no-one is buying them and the offers they are getting are fairly spot on with the current price they are already set at. im not saying they should go up or down at the moment.

I was offered one of these /w 3 strange parts for 16 keys about 5 days ago. No proof unfortunately, but I'm gonna have downvote for now.

lol i believe it. i got mine with 3 parts and i think the highest ive had offered (in game) is about 17 thought this was right after new years a little less recently.

                      Trade mine for S machina

dont think this will help much but i traded mine for a sf sticky and a few days later bought one for 15 keys

You bought one for 15 keys 0.o If I posted something like that I'd get people adding me and sending death threats.

well at least it was pure

What do you mean by that?

                                pure keys

                                  Oh... Derp :D

seesm more likely to go down a bit

I have to agree with the original poster here. For 2 reasons.

                            1) in the last week I noticed people quick selling it for 16-17 keys on outpost. Now you cannot see anybody selling for that price. Maybe that doesn't mean the price raised, but most probably it is rasing as there are no more sellers willing to sell for less than 18.

                            2) usually prices on the steam community market (when you consider fees) are lower then trading sites (and that make sense); in this case it is the opposite. In the last 2 days the s.f.flame launcher has never been offered for less than 40 euro (> 50$), which means (even if you deduct the fees) 20 keys.

These 2 considerations bring me to the conclusion that the price increase is correct.
